Alarming! - Alarm Clock

For the last week or so, the volume on the alarm keeps resetting itself to 10%. I can change it to 100% or whatever, and when I look at the settings screen it says it's at 100%, but if the alarm goes off it's really quiet, and if I tap on the volume setting it pops up and says it's really 10%, not 100%.

Perhaps this only happens on my phone, but often when I'm trying to hit the buttons on the phone to solve a math problem, I end up missing the button and hitting the side and the math problem disappears. I try going back into the app but I can't get it to pop back up and the alarm just keeps going off until I turn the phone off. Is there a way to get back to it that I don't know about? Thanks for your help.

Default alarm setting is set to not vibrate, but when creating a new alarm, the vibrate option is still checked by default.

I use the silent/vibrate alarm and now on 2.1 roms it will only vibrate once then stop

Since I've updated I've had 3 alarms supposed to go off, the first one didn't go off, so I decided to try uninstalling and installing again. The next alarm was set for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, it went off Monday fine but on Tuesday it didn't. On the Lock screen it showed the alarm still set for Tuesday at 8am even though it had already passed an hour before.

It doesn't crash anymore but it still doesn't apply default settings to new alarms.

If you go into the app preferences you get a force close
